Service Description

 

The Company provides photo editing services for clients who wish to enhance the quality of their images. Photo editing may include, but is not limited to, color correction, brightness and contrast adjustments, removal of blemishes or unwanted objects, cropping, and resizing.

 

Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that all images provided to us for editing are either owned by you or you have the authorization to edit them. The Company does not claim any ownership rights over the images we edit.

 

The Company does not edit pornographic, violent, disturbing, or images that depict heinous crimes such as child abuse. This is a clear violation of our terms and local laws. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse to edit any photo that does not align with our values and ethical principles.

In all cases where the Company has to decline a job, it will provide a refund.

 

Payment

The price for the photo editing service will be agreed upon in advance between you and the Company and will be based on the type and amount of editing you request. Payment is due before editing begins. The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of the edited photos until full payment is received.

 

Delivery Timeframe

 

The Company will make every effort to deliver the requested editing within 24 hours. However, in rare circumstances where the delivery extends up to 48 hours, if the customer no longer wishes to have the photo edited, they may request a refund. This applies only if the delivery time exceeds 48 hours. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by technical or communication issues, or circumstances outside of the Company's control.

 

Revisions

 

The Company offers one free revision for each edited image, provided that the revisions are requested within seven business days after the delivery of the edited photo. Revisions will only be performed if they are reasonable and within the scope of the original work.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

 

Termination

 

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the client violates any provision of this Agreement.

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

 

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Company's services after the modification of the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the modifications.

 

Applicable Law

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Brazil, and any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Brazil.
